WHIPPED BUTTER

INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons milk (adjust to achieve desired consistency)

METHOD
1. Soften the butter
- Allow the unsalted butter to soften at room temperature until it's easily spreadable. This usually takes about 30 minutes or 2 minutes if you live in Bali.
2. Whip the butter
- Place the softened butter in a small mixing bowl.
- Using an electric mixer, begin whipping the butter at medium speed.
- As the butter starts to cream, gradually add the milk to the bowl. This helps to achieve a lighter and fluffier consistency.
- Continue whipping the butter mixture for 2-5 minutes or until it becomes light, airy, and doubles in volume. The color may become slightly paler.
- Adjust the amount of milk as needed to reach the desired consistency. If you prefer a softer or firmer whipped butter, you can customize the amount of liquid.
3. Serve
- Transfer the whipped butter into a beautiful serving bowl on the table.
- Serve the whipped butter immediately or refrigerate it for later use.
