7 DAYS OF BALI GOODNESS

ULTIMATE BALI VACAY

My Instagram DM's look super similar most days – always something along the lines of "What are your must do's in Bali?". So, to make it nice and easy, we have created a 7 day must-do itinerary for you to enjoy.

Because it's only 7 days, we're just focusing on Canggu and Bingin and their immediate surround areas, as these areas are the most requested.

If you're interested in any of the other locations in Bali or some of the Lesser Sundar Island we have all of our recommendations listed in our Bali Guide, including a comprehensive 2 and 3 week itinerary set out for you.

7 DAY ITINERARY

CANGGU & PERERENAN

DAY 1

~ Breakfast at Times Beach Warung.

~ Walk along the beach and have a swim.

~ Head to a mid morning Pilates session at Maja Spa.

~ Grab a Matcha after pilates at the Maja cafe, and if you feel like some pampering after, Maja have a beautiful spa with treatments to enjoy after pilates - make a morning of it.

~ Also the world's best chocolates are across the road, they make them all by hand, visit Slab!

~ Then head to have lunch and a swim at Le Bajo - they also have a great little gift store, definitely worth checking out.

~ Head home to freshen up for dinner.

~ Sunset drinks and dinner at Skool – book for 5pm on the balcony so you can watch the sun go down, and then move inside for dinner.

~ If you feel like a little dance and fun after dinner head to Motel Mexicola, it's always a fun time.... dancing on tables and margarita's galore.

DAY 2

~ Morning Reformer pilates at Pilates Project.

~Breakfast at Bokashi, its just opened in Pererenan (not too far from pilates) and they have a beautiful outdoor space with a pool if you feel like a dip after your pilates.

~ There are some really cute shops in this area as well, definitely work a look around while you are in the area. Make sure to visit Cin Cin, Lace and Basics, Story of a Memory, Muse and more.

~ Have lunch at Shelter after wandering the shops- it's also in the same area.

~ Head home for a refresh before dinner.

~ If you want some cocktails before you head to dinner, Lola's Cantina Mexican on GoJek can deliver ready-made margaritas (we love the passionfruit ones)! Or if you feel like a matcha, order from Beige on GoJek to your villa/hotel. I always get an iced almond matcha!

~ Dinner at Bar Vera.

~ Gelato from Ettore across the road from Bar Vera after dinner.

~ If you feel like a little night cap after dinner, head to The Shady Fox.

DAY 3

~ Two Face for breakfast or if you want to be beach side, head back to Times Warung.

~ Surf Lessons mid morning near Times.

~ Lunch and swims at La Brisa Beach Club.

~ The Dose IV drip in your accommodation in the afternoon to refresh for the next part of your trip if you have been having too good a time! Alternatively, head to Spring Spa for a massage.

~ Dinner at Numero Quattro - order their Tiramisu for dessert!

CANGGU & BINGIN

DAY 4

~ Pack your bags and get ready to vacate your accomodation.

~ Breakfast at Acme Canggu.

~ Head down to Bingin and check into your new accomodation. Pack snacks for the drive, the traffic can sometimes be a nightmare on the way to Uluwatu/Bingin.

~ Late lunch at Mana (located at Uluwatu Surf Villas) and a swim, bring a change of clothes for dinner, you can shower in the pool change rooms.

~ Head to Dinner at Kala - delicious Greek food. It is one of our absolute favourites in this area, don't miss it.

BINGIN

DAY 5

~ Breakfast at Suka.

~ Head to Sundays Beach Club around 11am for lunch and fun all afternoon. We like to get there early as it's first in first served for the beach bean bags, if you come later in the day there is often a longer wait time to get a spot on the sand. They have paddle boards, kayaks and bon fires on the beach at sunset.

~ Head to Teja for dinner - we love getting there just as the sun is setting, it is so beautiful.

TIP: If you don't want to head home in between you can bring a change of clothes for dinner to Sundays – they have a shower and change room area as well, freshen up there.

DAY 6

~ Island Padel before breakfast for a nice early game – don't worry if you haven't played before, its super easy to pick up.

~ Head off to a well deserved delicious Breakfast at Cashew Tree.

~ Make your way to Dreamland Beach or Bingin Beach for a swim and grab a beach sun lounger.

~ Lunch at Kelly's Warung, and a chill afternoon on the beach. You can get massages beach-side, it's so relaxing with the waves rolling in the background.

~ Head home to refresh for dinner at Yuki in Uluwatu.

DAY 7

~ Start your day with a slow morning with Breakfast at Alchemy.

~ Massage at Spring Spa Uluwatu or workout at Bambu fitness or pilates at Fondue.

~ Head to Palmilla Beach Club for swims and lunch into the afternoon.

~ Dinner at Mexican - Tacos Aqui, just opened and it's got a super fun fitout and delicious tacos and cocktails.
