health + happiness in the last few weeks, i have turned over a big green healthy leaf. i have always been a person who struggles to wake up in the morning. i could not open my little eye lids and continually hit snooze. i have made a massive consious effort to adjust my lifestyle and really make the most of every morning. i have been waking up at 5:30 and exercsing every morning before work. once i get home i enjoy a delicous green smoothie for breakfast. green smoothies are actually addictive, yes they are not the most attractive looking drink but geez do they taste good. this week i have been having mine with spinach, kale, lemon, mint, raspberries, banana, coconut water, vital greens and chia seeds. whip it up in the blender for a minute or so and you have the best breaky in the world.  exercising and having a green smoothie before work is a minor change to my day but it is making the world of difference. i feel healthy and happy and i am not half asleep when i arrive at work, rushing to get a coffee. now i enjoy the mornings, it’s my time to get healthy and ready for what’s in store for the day ahead.  i highly recommend getting on the green smoothie band wagon if you are not already. even mr bell cannot get enough of them.
